The candidate will be accountable for the strategic direction of the business, and for its financial and operating results. The candidate will be responsible for leading growth initiatives which is expected both organically and through acquisition. This executive will also be responsible for the general welfare, safety, and professional development of all employees, across all functions. This progressive leader will develop, motivate, and support the leadership team, and will ensure low turnover and drive an operationally focused business across all sites. Importantly, the candidate will serve as the culture carrier, the senior-most ambassador to the industry and will be personally responsible for setting the tone at the top, providing a galvanizing vision and inspirational example at all levels.
