VP Global Customer Advocacy


150 to 175k + Bonus

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Vice President of Global Customer Advocacy will be responsible for new customer acquisition, software platform sales, cross sales for all Company platforms, sales strategy and execution worldwide. We’re seeking a proven leader with extensive enterprise leadership experience for SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions in the telecom sector. This individual has experience in building and leading a customer advocacy management organization as all of these teams are expected to expand significantly. The individual desired must be able to grow recurring B2B revenue based on their insights into the target verticals, as an excellent grasp of broader services and solutions selling that can help the sales team make the transition up market. They understand the competitive environment and have an ability to craft successful sales growth strategies in close alignment with the Customer Advocacy, Project Management and other areas within Company. Our ideal candidate will have a breadth and depth of experience including general management, sales, and pre-sales functions including lead development as well as strong leadership and team development skills.
