Vice President, Direct Sales

Chicago or Virtual,

130 - 160k + Commissions

The Vice President, Direct Enterprise Sales provides strategic direction and leadership to the Enterprise Managers and is accountable for developing new strategies, tactics and plans for the future growth of the company’s partner revenue. This position will hire and direct a team and provide guidance towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Company’s vision and values. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Devise sales strategies and create business development programs to achieve organizational goals for an assigned region • Develop, coordinate, and execute sales objectives and strategies to gain market share • Research current and future market segmentation and drive results in new business • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and create plans to achieve those goals • Create, communicate and enforce company policies and practices as they relate to the direct sales team • Train, direct, develop, coach, motivate and evaluate Director of Sales and Sales Managers • Provide executive management team with timely information regarding sales performance, key issues and trends for assigned region ID: 10051
