Vice President – Direct Sales

The Vice President of Direct Sales will be responsible to set goals, measure performance, coach, adjust staffing, manage performance, report on and forecast performance, solve problems and where necessary assist in selling. The successful candidate will directly engage with customers where appropriate but the primary focus is on ensuring sales team effectiveness.
