Vice President, Customer Service & Network Operations Center


120 to 140k + Bonus

We are seeking a VP of Customer Service & Network Operations Center (NOC) to join our team, who will be responsible for driving our customer service organization to meet those focused objectives. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and as such will take part in long term strategic discussions aimed at continually improving the quality and efficiency of customer service for our company. Operations o Customer Service Center provides first level support for clients, supporting our data centers, partner data centers and network providers, and internal customers. Respond to support requests relating to network access & backbone circuits, Cloud virtual machines, data center access/support & Managed Services requests. Oversee the monitoring of customer services, servers and networks to ensure system access meets and exceeds Service Level Objectives (SLO) and compliance directives. Code 10072
