US Sales Director

150 - 175k + Bonus

The primary function of this position is to hire, lead and develop a highly productive sales team focused on selling Company voice and data services in Europe and Asia to US-based enterprises. The person in this position should have a deep and wide understanding of the US enterprise market, a strong rolodex, have a thorough understanding of Company's capabilities as they pertain to this segment of the market, and be able to determine how to best position Company within these types of accounts in order to maximize revenue growth.

Required Skill: This person will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for the team as well as managing tactical daily activities. Hire and align sales reps to best manage and grow the segment. Team with other regions to manage and grow revenue from existing global customers via Company's Global Account Program. Increase revenue from existing customers by expanding relationships and product mix within these accounts. Lead the team in new customer acquisition to include identifying, pursuing and closing new logos. Manage and prioritize team workloads and key deliverables.
