Responsible for the scalability and operational stability of the Company hosted UCaaS core infrastructure, including BroadSoft BroadWorks and AcmePacket SBCs. Work proactively as part of geographically dispersed multi-discipline teams to effectively manage and rapidly resolve all core issues as they arise. Control and co-ordinate problem management acting as Tier 3 escalation for Operations and Service Delivery Teams. Ensure operational processes and procedures are effective, efficient and mitigate risk. Follow, improve and enforce strict change management in all areas of the Production platforms. Work closely with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical offerings, including integration, testing and documentation. Deliver training to Operations and Service Delivery where appropriate to ensure the smooth transition and rollout of new features and functionality as part of the new product lifecycle. Maintaining ongoing compliance with all relevant aspects of data privacy and security (including GDPR and ISO27001). Active inventory management, ensuring all assets are properly logged and tracked from installation to decommissioning. Vendor escalation and technical interaction for faults and technical queries
