SVP Sales

200-300k + Bonus/Equity

Responsibilities Develop a strategy for worldwide public sector (including defense) and enterprise sales and how it touches product, outreach, customer support, etc. Oversee the shift from direct sales to channel partner sales and build the channel partner strategy from the ground up Develop and leverage existing relationships with federal, regional, state, and local public sector and enterprise existing and potential customers. Help product create a roadmap for future product development that incorporates customer feedback. Oversee customer experience and sales operations so they’re force multipliers for sales. Experience 10+ years of experience managing a public sector, defense, and/or enterprise-focused sales team with quotas of excess of $50M. Experience with both direct sales and channel partner sales strategies. Experience building out a $200-$500M sales pipeline and growing revenue 3x+. Relationships with domestic and international federal public sector and/or large enterprise organizations Knows key national and regional influencers and consultants to approach metro and local governments, including major city chiefs, PERF, APCO, IACP, IWCE, etc. Understands annual cycle of government purchasing, trade shows, trade wraps and thought leaders.
