SVP Business Development – Fiber

150k + Commissions/Bonus

The principle focus of the SVP of Business Development role is to develop and drive a world class sales organization. This role will evolve within 18-24 months into full P&L responsibility for the Fiber and Network business as its General Manager. Primary Responsibilities: •Work with the CEO and EMT (Executive Management Team) to establish company sales growth plans and investment/go-to-market capacity requirements; •Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; •Implement sales best practices, processes and programs to maximize productivity and minimize sales friction between indirect and direct sales channels; •Adapt as needed to changing trends, competitors, and corporate direction; •Working in partnership with Product Management and Marketing, create, implement and manage a complete revenue process from prospect to sale; •Manage ongoing sales pipelines and quarterly forecast; •Work with executive management to define and implement annual sales incentive and compensation plans; •Establish and manage sales budget; •Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to VP Sales – Direct, VP Sales – Channel and their sales teams:
