As a customer advocate, our Senior Customer Solutioning Specialist will produce deep technical and business insights, which is where your curiosity, customer mindset, and expertise in working with businesses that operate internationally will be highly valued. You will be regarded as a subject matter expert who will be sought after by our customers. Your background in designing customer solutions, along with the ability to articulate how technology can transform business, will be what makes you exceptional. Key Responsibilities: Perform as a technical expert for our customers (existing and new), across the Enterprise, Wholesale and OTT customer segments (work may be performed across all customer segments). Own the end-to-end solution design for assigned opportunities and projects Maintain technical fluency across core technologies related to Company's capabilities (IP, Networking, Cloud, UC, Data Centre, Security etc). Utilize the Solutioning resource assigned to you within the Enterprise Customer Hub (ECH) in Manila, working in accordance with our operating practices. Work with Account Managers to identify and develop sales opportunities, ensuring a strong and visible technical approval for qualification Establishing and maintaining key technical relationships within customer organizations. Build and develop strong internal relationships across the business (some of these interfaces may be in different countries and time-zones) Provide specific technical support/advice to the customer and close issues where required.
