Service Management

Santa Clara/Burlingame,

75-85k + Bonus

The candidate will be the ambassador for service management within the region and will at all times present a professional voice of the business to the customer and likewise, the voice of the customer to the business. The customer base includes large, complex, highly technical organizations and the Service Manager must be adapt at working across all departments and at all levels of these organizations. The Service Manager is the customer champion on all service lifecycle issues. He or she will help the team to meet and surpass customers’ expectations and will be the business champion, ensuring that services meet the customer’s expectations throughout the lifecycle. He or she will operate at a senior level across all lines of business and shared service departments, working collaboratively to ensure that our customers are provided with the best possible experience from the first engagement with company and continually throughout their lifecycle. The position is a primary interface within the region for sales and customers alike. This position will work within a team that in turn works in partnership with Global Service Management and Regional Operational and Sales Management for strategic account planning, driving process improvement and leading post-sale interactions.
