Perform Project Manager tasks and responsibilities including setting, guiding and managing projects to their target. Responsible for managing time (schedules / phases), cost (actual / budget), resources (internal and external) and content (milestones / targets). Act as the single point of contact for the client team on operational and service issues. Ensure that Company is performing to the levels specified in customer contracts. Manage orders with our Global Service Implementation Group. Examine estimates on performance requirements and delivery scheduled to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage projects Global and Domestic Data/Voice Networks. Coordinate activation times and dates for each circuit of customer services. Confirm assurance information is in Fault Database as soon as the service is activated. Input billing details into billing system. Process progress and performance reports and presents them to the customer.
