Sales Engineer – Data Center

130 - 145k + Bonus

The successful candidate will have pre-sales technical experience in the colocation industry, comfort with giving presentations, and thought leadership. This person will also need to have superb communication and analytical skills including the ability to independently prioritize and track complex, competing schedules; proactively anticipate and complete tasks. This position requires tight internal collaboration between other key departments across the domestic and international teams. Minimum of 5-7 years sales engineering experience (or equivalent) in the Data Center or Colocation industry with an in-depth understanding of the sales process. Strong in-depth working knowledge of data center infrastructure and management, mechanical and electrical systems. Comfortable with modeling different solutions based on kilowatt delivery to a customer environment. Network, cloud services, storage, and experience with other technologies found in our customers’ environments highly desired. General understanding of telecommunication terms (telecom platform and delivery options). Experience in selling complex solutions. Code 10101
