The Regional Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading an Company sales team in their respective region (East and West) and achieving/exceeding specific regional sales targets through both the Direct and Agent sales channels (Hybrid Sales Channel). This position requires a passionate and result driven sales leader that is well respected by the team, customers, and the agent channel community. Driving sales, increase brand awareness, maintaining and growing customer and agent relationships, while growing revenues by winning multinational/global enterprise customer contracts, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Here is how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to: Manage the sales of all Company services and meet or exceed new logo revenue targets, based on rolled up quota of the sales team. Perform account planning and positioning to win new enterprise customers; direct and/or agent channel (hybrid). Responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets, while delivering outstanding service to Company's customers. Train, coach, mentor, motivate and conduct formal performance reviews (QBRs) for the team of Account Managers in the respective region; Code: 10064
