Drive Partner Solutions global business expansion strategic objectives and channel external ideas into business plans and solutions implementation.  Seek and engage key prospects. Initiate, develop & maintain relationship with key decision-makers at top (“C”) level of new potential customers.  Develop engagement strategy and positioning of Company solutions, oversee the preparation of deal plans & lead large complex deals with internal & partner teams.  Negotiate and drive contractual closure.  Analyse customer needs, drive opportunities for increasing revenue through a thorough understanding of customer business and market opportunities.  Provide accurate, relevant and timely management information on sales performance metrics and funnel activities for the effective alignment of plans and business unit forecasts.
