Order Entry (Website/Amazon/Newegg/eBay/Future platforms) + PO's. Accurate - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Front End Customer Support (Post order support/order status + Zendesk Ticket System). Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution. Detail oriented - Ability to receive and record detailed information relayed by customers. Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures. Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) including RMA ticket and Return label generation. Assist Accounting with collections process. Manage daily shipments and make sure priority orders are picked up and delivered within the Amazon Prime guidelines. Be comfortable calling shipping carriers for status updates/handling carrier problems for customer orders
