The NOC Technician is responsible for timely identification/resolution of network and customer faults and outages as well as supporting the overall NOC mission. Work shift to shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in the Network Operations Center. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer service effecting faults/outages. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Network backbone and service effecting faults/outages on PCCW Global’s network. 1st / 2nd level support of external/internal customers and partners/vendors. Maintain/update internal databases/systems and assist NOC documentation requirements. Other related duties as assigned by NOC Management
