90 - 100k + Commissions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Lead a team of 10 Sales Professionals towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. Four hours of 1 hour “1 on 1” coaching sessions a day. Weekly management meetings. Managing day to day activity, metrics, forecasting and quotas. Managing and allocating leads per Account Executives on a daily basis. Managing and creating new incentive plans and contests on a weekly and month basis. Working as the conduit between the sales floor and the Directors regarding pricing exceptions, coordinating interdepartmental conference calls, ect….
