Manage a full spectrum of the HR function including Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Employee Communication and Engagement etc for approximately 50 employees located in corporate and home offices across the United States. Support line managers in workforce planning, manpower costing and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. Execute the hiring plan in tandem with business requirements. Execute corporate initiatives and programs locally (e.g. annual performance reviews, annual salary reviews). Support the line managers in the review and identification of high potentials. Collaborate with HQ COEs to provide employees with corporate level development opportunities. At the same time, work with line managers on local development opportunities (e.g. job rotation, special assignment) for the identified talents. Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve local HR policies and initiatives which are also aligned to corporate policies. Coach line managers in setting the right performance targets and KPIs for employees. Facilitate in performance improvement plans for under performers when necessary. Subject matter expert relating to local labor legislation and conditions, local manpower costing and provide timely information to support the business.
