The Executive Director of Wireless will report directly to the Vice President of Wireless Solutions and will be supported by the Director of Wireless Solutions and Wireless Solutions Sales Engineer to develop, qualify, and close complex CRAN infrastructure deals. The person in this role will be responsible for achieving revenue growth and will be evaluated on strategic and revenue-based milestones within assigned market segments and key accounts. A qualified candidate will understand Company's unique market capabilities and be able to communicate those to a customer. A successful candidate will have the ability to bring a deal through close and align internal resources to fulfill identified business opportunities leading to further account growth and additional service offerings. • Prospect, qualify, and close complex, technical solution sales that advance Company’s growth strategy o Identifies new business opportunities through creative and innovative thinking o Plan, coordinate, and implement business plans and the penetration of new verticals. o Develop leads through a highly constructive approach to improving, promoting and advancing the company’s business position o Engage with key decision-makers and influencers to generate opportunities, leads, and prospects • Facilitate material introductions and discussions at senior levels within target accounts • Build dynamic business cases including the modeling of risk and opportunity of potential deals o Develop persuasive value propositions and contract structures Code 10013
