Director of Marketing

140 to 180k + Bonus + Equity

Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide strategic direction and functional support for all marketing, advertising and branding initiatives, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, sales & marketing collateral, internal materials, trade shows, customer events, etc. •Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels to drive revenue growth, demand and awareness •Craft and evangelize inspiring product positioning, messaging, and value proposition that differentiates and drives demand for our new and disruptive solutions •Create compelling content that excites, inspires, and compels market adoption •Devise our go-to-market strategy and plan •Develop and execute press and analyst strategy, including conducting outreach and writing articles and press releases •Define and execute internal communication vehicles for employees •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry trends •Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team Required Qualifications: •10+ years’ technology marketing experience, with 5+ years leading a team •Proven experience in the telecom, cloud or hosting industries •Demonstrated ability to generate compelling stories and to make the complex simple •Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends, themes, and convert numbers to action items •Superb written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others •Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment •Strong bias for action and results and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity •Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed (~20% travel) •Mandarin Bi-Lingual is a strong plus Code: 10044
