Business Development Director Job Responsibilities: Supports the sales organization to help identify and close deals into company on-net 3rd party data centers. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships with on-net data center partners, including data center sales and infrastructure teams. Primary liaison between on-net data centers and Company direct and Channel sales teams, making in person introductions and building/growing these relationships. Schedules and coordinates external team meetings and events, to build relationships between data center sales /sales leadership and Company sales teams. Drives new revenues into data centers through sales of Company services to Company prospects and customers. Obtains hot leads from data center sales teams for client prospects in need of Company services. Passes leads on to corresponding Company sales reps and continues to support reps in closing deals.
