The Director Channel Development will be responsible for working cross-functionally to lead Company into the next phase of channel expansion and growth in the US market. The Director Channel Development will manage and grow the existing agent channel - both Master and Sub - relationships nationally, set a new Master engagement and training strategy, develop processes and programs for driving new opportunities towards the US Enterprise sales organization. In addition, the Director Channel Development will be responsible for the development and execution strategy to connect local and regional sub agents to the Company Account Managers, in their respective territories. The focus and measurement of success in this role will be to enable the US Enterprise Sales team to meet and exceed annual targets through partner engagement, development, and new opportunity generation.
