Client Success Manager

Client Success Manager (CSM) is the primary point of contact for assigned clients with the objective of delivery an outstanding client experience and driving excellent service quality. CSM’s complement the existing Sales and support teams on accounts by providing a proactive, programmatic, and long-term vision of the client’s journey with consumption, value, and retention at the core of that journey. Build and maintain client relationships through proactive account management and rapid response to resolve Client’s needs and escalations. Onboarding new clients including Client welcome package, portal, and ticket creation training. Ability to explain to our Clients the organization and its business process, products, and services so they understand our plans, offerings, and capabilities and accurately communicate the voice of the Client to key stakeholders. Assist our Client’s in resolving related billing issues, which requires a detailed understanding of company's technical specifications, systems, processes, and logic.
