Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the sales and marketing activities performing the following duties personally or through subordinate sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Sales, Sales Delivery, Account Management, Marketing. Deliver incremental growth revenue and sell through any revenue losses at required margin targets. Provide an annual Sales Plan and initially provide monthly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan. Utilize current contacts and experiences to generate C-Level sales meetings and leads. Establish both annual and monthly sales objectives (Margin and Revenue) in coordination with the Company's business plan. Establish and manage compensation plan in coordination with HR and Finance. Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company. Build cross functional team accountable to set up and oversee appropriate pricing disciplines for each line off business. Build key customer relationships with existing and future customers. Compile reports and presentations as it relates to sales goals, pipeline & etc. Lead the development of digital content for marketing purposes on social media and materials for industry conferences and client presentations.
