Carrier Sales – Data Center Solutions

90-110k + Commissions

This position is created to drive sales for new Network Solutions accounts. The sales professionals in this role would be expected to sell to all users of communications networks that have a need to interconnect. This includes, but is not limited to, metro, regional and long-haul fiber providers (both lit and dark), local exchange carriers, ISP's, content distribution networks, wireless carriers, and ancillary network and value-added service providers. The Requirements •5-10 year proven track record in IT infrastructure or related high technology sales. Colocation/ hosting experience preferred. •Direct sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably working for or selling to a telecom network service provider •Experience in the domestic and international networking and communications space required. •Knowledge of Cloud, Compute, Storage, IaaS, Telephony, Mobile Services, Content Distribution, Media Content, IP Peering, and network infrastructure. •Sales training experience - Revenue Storm, Holden Power Based Selling, IBM Selling Steps, Complex Sales. Miller Heiman, Selling to VITO (Very Important Top Executives, social styles or similar sales programs
