Responsibilities • Manage and enhance existing customer relationships by offering targeted solutions to improve their businesses using a strategic, consultative sales approach. • Successfully prospect new Company customers with a focus on new business acquisition in order to achieve quota targets. • Build trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers • Meet regularly with customers to receive feedback on Company's performance and to discuss the customer’s business challenges • Maintain account plans for a select number of customers • Maximize revenue generation by creating and executing sales and service activity plans for the customers • Ensure our customers understand our solutions and are maximizing their use. • Prepare for customer interactions by collecting and consolidating background information on individuals and organizations. • Take part in sales activities including conferences, business case development, presentations, RFP processes, etc. • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must have 8+ years of experience in B2B solution selling. • Knowledge of or experience in selling Unified Communications (UCaaS), SIP Trunking and Telecom is a plus. • An ability to identify and meet with decision makers to close business efficiently • Highly developed selling, customer relations, negotiating skills Code 10007
