Reporting into the Director of Customer Success, the Account Manager for North America will be responsible for supporting the sales team and customers, driving both incremental revenue and retaining existing revenue. Passionate about customer experience, you will work alongside the sales team to provide ongoing support to your designated customer base. Tasked with supporting and delivering on Company’s value, you will continually strive to increase customer satisfaction. What you will be doing ● Targeted with revenue growth and retention of assigned base of Company customers. ● Act as a trusted advisor to customers such that the customers business/technical strategies are aligned with Company offerings. ● Proactively communicate with existing customers information about new products, ecosystem partners, and enhancements to the Company offering. ● Provide customers a single point of contact for ongoing support. ● Work with internal teams to facilitate resolution of any customer related issues and concerns. ● Communicate trends to management to improve customer experience. ● Responsible for providing pipeline updates and customer development plans ● Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Company products and solutions and being able to speak to competitive products. ● Work with management to understand key objectives and execute tasks that are aligned with the goals of the business.
